Content Analyst Company Announces New President
Kurt Michel has been appointed as the new President of Content Analyst Company by the company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Michel was previously Vice President of Sales for Content Analyst. Mr. Michel has over 17 years of successful end user and channel sales and management experience in the document management, document capture, advanced search, and enterprise content management markets.
Mr. Michel joined Content Analyst Company in July 2007 from Oracle, where he was responsible for the sale of Enterprise Content Management solutions to the Intelligence Sector of the Federal Government. Prior to acquisition by Oracle, Mr. Michel held a number of sales and sales management positions at Stellent, a leader in Enterprise Content Management, and Optika, a leader in the Document Imaging and Business Process Industry.
Mr. Michel has transformed Content Analyst Company by refocusing sales efforts on select vertical markets as well as creating an identifiable profile for Content Analyst in the fast-growing eDiscovery Legal Market. Under his management, strong partnerships have been formed in the Government/Intelligence market, and a full suite of services, known as ContentCare, has been launched to Content Analyst partners with great success.
