Customer Service Engineer

The Customer Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support on client engagements in the areas of web development, text analytics, data archiving, and systems integration. The ideal candidate will enjoy the challenge of juggling multiple and varied responsibilities, working directly with customers. He/she will be responsible for identifying, designing, and integrating Content Analyst® software with existing customer applications and infrastructure in order to form total solutions. The candidate will be expected to become proficient on all levels regarding the Content Analyst suite of products and capabilities. Daily tasks will include the following:

• Software integration efforts
• Infrastructure design to support various client implementations
• Custom software design and development for data management and user interfaces
• Performing client demonstrations
• Software installations
• Tuning of software to meet performance requirements

Network Administrator

Network administrator will be responsible for the core infrastructure of our company. In addition to network administration tasks, she or he will also have opportunities to support engineering and sales teams in a variety of ways (including, but not limited to, implementing software modules, data analysis, interfacing with customers, testing, sales engineering, etc.).

EDUCATION:
A Bachelor’s in Computer Science with 2+ years of hands-on network administration and support experience is preferred

Sales Account Manager, e-Discovery

We have an immediate need for a highly motivated individual to generate sales for our information discovery tool. This role will emphasize direct sales of our software tool to commercial clients.

The Sales Executive will work in a team selling environment, enlisting the assistance of subject matter experts, system engineers, and executives to introduce, promote and sell Content Analyst Company, LLC software and services. We are looking for a senior level account manager who knows how to find new business; manage client meetings and close sales.

Senior Systems Engineer

This individual must be able to work on multiple tasks and assist other team members to help make projects and the company a success. He or she must be able to contribute new ideas to help improve our product offerings. The ideal candidate should also be able to develop software in a disciplined approach to help integrate solutions into customer environments as needed. Software Engineer

This engineer will develop and test software modules using designs provided by senior engineering staff. She or he will also work directly with customers to prototype new software applications, and integrate the Content Analyst products into customer environments.

Software Engineer (with Clearance)

This engineer will develop and test software modules using designs developed with senior engineering staff. She or he will also work directly with customers to prototype new software applications, and integrate the Content Analyst products into customer environments.

CLEARANCE:
• TS/SCI, Lifestyle Polygraph
• Must be a US Citizen

EDUCATION:
A Bachelor’s in Computer Science with 2+ years of practical software implementation experience is preferred

Systems Test Engineer
The ideal candidate will be able to create system test plans from system requirements, designs, and API documentation and then implement the plans in Java and .NET. She or he must possess strong programming skills in order to implement test plans and be able to conduct the following repeatable tests on various platforms: unit, system (black box / white box), functional, failover, performance, and load.

Must be detail-oriented and possess good communication skills to isolate problems, document conclusions, and share results with team members. She or he will be able to test user interfaces and understand how to create test scripts to test the unexpected. High quality work product is the number one priority. This individual must be able to work on multiple tasks and assist other team members to make our projects and company a success.

EDUCATION:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 4+ years of practical experience
Degrees in other engineering fields will be considered with demonstrated years of related experience

UI Engineer

This individual will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and implementing user interfaces for Content Analyst products. This individual must be able to work on multiple tasks and assume different roles while assisting other team members to help make our projects and company a success.

EDUCATION:
A Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Human/Computer Interface with 2+ years of practical software implementation experience is preferred
