Job Description:
The Solutions Architect is responsible for providing technical sales support and solution expertise for the Content Analyst suite of products while working side-by-side with designated account managers. The ideal candidate must have the ability to translate complex technical information into easy and understandable benefits to different audiences. The candidate must also be able to effectively champion the technology and coach internal and external resources on the value proposition. The candidate will demonstrate an infectious and relentless passion to gain acceptance of new ideas/concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering client or prospect presentations and demonstrations
- Teaming with Account Managers to develop and execute sales strategies
- Management of all technical aspects of prospects' proof-of-concept (POC) evaluations establishing timelines, drivers, installation, training, and ongoing follow-up activities
- Preparing technical responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP)
- Providing customers with the technical support required to successfully implement the CAAT engine within their application(s) and/or environment(s)
- Reviewing the designs of customer implementations throughout the development process, ensuring technical accuracy and providing implementation best practice advice
- Serving as a technical resource for company tradeshows and conferences
- Synthesizing new feature and product ideas and requirements based on field experience and customer feature requests
- Troubleshooting and providing second-level support for customer tickets
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in technical field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics; non-technical degree with equivalent technical experience also acceptable.
- 5 to 7 years of demonstrated success in a software pre-sales or implementation role
- Effective presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Experience with software application development and system architecture design
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Exposure to advanced analytics or search technologies is a plus
- Knowledge of database environments is a plus
- Basic Java or .NET skills is a plus
- Experience with eDiscovery and/or Litigation Review market is a plus
- Experience with ECM (Enterprise Content Management) is a plus
