Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Lead in our Engineering Group to produce trusted OEM software. As QA Lead you will be responsible for the quality of our CAAT analytics software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand our product better than anyone else.
- Own and improve our quality and release process.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and release test plans.
- Prioritize and work with engineers to automate test cases.
- Own regression testing and performance metrics across multiple system configurations.
- Create and maintain a testing data repository that can store datasets from partners/customers while ensuring the confidentiality of specific sets of data.
- Experiment and create new ways to test our software.
Qualifications:
- Have a degree in an engineering discipline, preferably in CS or Math.
- 4+ years of QA experience in software products.
- Experience in creating and performing regression, functional, performance, load, and stress tests.
- Experience producing well-written test plans, test reports, performance reports, and other documentation.
- Well-versed in the use of performance profiling and monitoring.
- Enjoy working side by side with engineers; not only will you work with engineers, our customers are engineers too.
- Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodology.
- Familiar with scripting in Linux and Windows environments to facilitate testing.
- Familiarity with a continuous integration system is a plus.
- Experience in mentoring, leadership, and management is a plus.
