SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS KIT (SDK)

The Software Developers Kit or SDK for Content Analyst is intended to address the complex, often conflicting architectures that our OEM customers support by offering an architecture that is flexible and modular.

Our overall architecture is modular in nature:

Sitting on top of our LSI Kernel are various Content Analyst features, such as Conceptual Search, Categorization, and Taxonomy.   An Integration platform connects these features with a Media layer, that can include text, or other unstructured information (video, audio, image, etc.) – it is designed to be open-ended to accommodate future unstructured information requirements.

The basic data flow through Content Analyst allows our OEMs to integrate via our Client API various calls such as Concept Search or Categorizer through our Index and invoke preprocessing routines that can include document conversion, phrase processing, stemming, and a whole host of custom filters.

To fully support integration, the diagram below shows how Content Analyst works with our various data adapters.

Our data manager integrates any number of data adapters, including links to our customers’ document management systems, file systems, and database adapters, to accommodate information arriving from a variety of sources and management schema.
