INSTANT CONTEXT
CAAT's Instant Context (also known as Keyword Expansion) leverages the conceptual analysis to understand which terms have similar use within the information processed. This mathematical analysis is not based on dictionaries or pre-defined relationships but the use of the terms within the information itself so acronyms, code words, abbreviations, a small groups customer slang, etc. are understood as similar. By exposing of relevant words and related terms, this feature will provide additional keywords that should be included in further searches or be listed as valid search terms.
Instant Context also aids in navigating documents containing unfamiliar terminology. The list of related terms that CAAT returns will usually give the user with a good understanding of the general meaning of the unfamiliar term. Because CAAT is mathematical and identifies conceptually similar words on its own, the related terms which CAAT finds can span terminology and even language.
