ContentCare®

ContentCare is a holistic approach to partner support. The first year ContentCare was formally offered, 2008, it was a semi-finalist in KMWorld's Promise Award for outstanding customer support.

For each of these formal ContentCare programs, our experts provide a detailed set of guidelines, host ongoing meetings with partners, lead informative classes, and help guide partners in best practices when it comes to Analytics.
