Technology Assisted Review (TAR) comes in many forms and offers many capabilities. Solutions like predictive coding, suggestive coding, computer-assisted review, email threading, etc., all are based on the premise that technology can greatly assist with the labor-consuming task of document review.

TAR solutions can be as simple as conceptually clustered search results, or as nuanced as suggestive coding where a human-coded sampling of the document set drives automated coding.
